June 3rd, 2010: I know I am a little removed from when we went on the tour, but I still can remember the things we did and saw while there. My dad and I went on a tour of Kunana Dairy while in Kauai back in 2010. This is an organic farm that has dairy goats, bees, exotic trees, free range chickens, and a garden.
This was a great place to see diverse agriculture. They make their own goat cheese, collect honey from their bee hives, and make juice from noni fruit. I loved learning about the different fruits and about the agriculture industry in Hawaii.
